Fees

The fees of medical expertise are not supported by mutual because there is no therapeutic benefit.
The experts' fees are paid by the patient or his insurance "legal protection" company. They are identical they are supported by the patient or the insurance company PJ.
If successful, the fees may be charged to the other party (repeatability of consulting fees).

The first consultation to the surgery 400 €
Follow-up visit to the doctor's office 200 €
Medical report 200 €
Session expertise - Brussels 450 €
Session expertise - Province 450 €
Preliminary Response to 150 €
Displacement costs 1,85 €/km

General conditions of payment

All invoices are payable in cash.
The non-payment due ipso jure and without notice the payment as a penalty clause, a penalty of 15 % of amounts due with a minimum of 50 € and a penalty interest of 12% year (and administrative fee of 10 € ).
In case of dispute, the courts of Liege and Brussels will be competent.
